OK, you're begging for posts, so here's mine!
Looks like there are some great reviews of LIFE on the IE page. I know I added mine... let's all keep it going!
BTW, Back in the early 80s I actually used to do production work on the Entertainer (pasting it up at the typesetter's). It was one of the best jobs I've ever had; it was a blast to do. I got to plan my band-watching jaunts ahead of time and I was able to keep up with the local rock scene. Now I rely on the internet - and now that I have a family it's much harder to plan things in advance. But I DO plan to see TLB this Saturday at Thirsty Turtle in Antioch!
